Do we need quickness rather than price in terms of PCB international purchase?

With regard to PCB manufacturing market, there are a growing number of suppliers during past years. Now facing the competition, some of suppliers promoted their services to support as little as 20 hours PCB sample services even with zero cost. I have to doubt that: do we really need this kind of services?

In my opinion, global purchase commonly has its schedule in advance, so timeline is not the most important thing. Take NOD Electronics for example, their 20 hours PCB sample services did impress me.

In the future, we should pay more attention to sincere services such as one-stop from design to delivery of PCB.
